The Rangitahi Project is a vision created by the Peacocke family who have farmed land in Raglan for more than 30 years.
Their vision has seen a previously undeveloped peninsula being developed to become a thriving community, only a two-minute drive from Raglan Town Centre via the Rangitahi Bridge.
Stage one of the project is completely sold out but Sabre Developments is lucky enough to own six sections in this stage.
